By using LiEditor Cloud you agree to these terms. Self-hosted use is subject to the open-source license plus any commercial license you purchase.

LiEditor provides a writing workspace: editors, collaboration, optional AI tools, and file conversion. We may change features and will post material changes on the changelog.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant LiEditor a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service, including backups and conversion jobs you start.
You must not use the service for malware, unauthorized access, or to bypass license or AI budget limits. Details are in the acceptable use policy.
Paid cloud plans renew according to the interval you select until cancelled. Self-host licenses are governed by a separate license agreement. Taxes are extra where required.
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for cloud service in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
